If you have inadvertently lost a download file that you have previously bought from TWR, we can retrieve your order from our archive and resend the download links to you in a new email. Please note that the links in the email will only be valid for 72 hours from the date we send the new email to you.

We just need you to supply the code of the product you purchased so that we may locate teh correct order to send the email from.
