Delivery and VAT

* We normally dispatch all in stock items same day (Monday - Friday).To ensure same day despatch, please order via the internet before 4.00pm. Telephone orders placed after 2.30pm will be despatched on the next working day

UK delivery and VAT
All prices include VAT and delivery by Royal Mail first class post (or by next day courier or by Royal Mail Special Delivery for heavier items) to addresses in the UK.

EU countries delivery and VAT
All prices include VAT and delivery by airmail to addresses in countries within the EU (Denmark, Germany, Sweden, The Netherlands etc.). VAT Registration Number GB848 0580 10.

European (non EU) countries delivery and VAT
All prices include airmail delivery to countries in Europe. For countries in Europe but outside the EU (Channel Islands, Norway, Switzerland etc.) the checkout system will deduct the VAT.

Overseas (non European) delivery and VAT
All prices include airmail delivery to any country in the world (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA etc.). The amount of VAT and the extra cost to us for airmail tend to cancel themselves out. The VAT is therefore shown as the postage charge.
