This copy of History, Gazetteer, and Directory of Norfolk by William White (supplied as a download) has come to us in good condition; sadly, the map has been lost through time.

The book contains information on the county of Norfolk and many of it's towns. Also it contains Residential and Trades & Professions Directories for Norwich, Yarmouth and Thetford. Within the book the county has been broken up into areas of 'hundreds'. Although not now widley used the measurment of 'hundred' was first recorded from the reign of Edward I in 939 A.D. and is still used in Australia. There are 32 hundreds in the book which all have the relavent town's and villages information for that region.

The book has over 800 pages.
