The directory comprises: Cornwall Information; List of Farmers by District; List of Market Gardeners, Etc.; Towns & Villages Directory; Educational Guide; Advertisements Throughout.
The title page mentions an Index inside the back cover but there is no sign of there ever having been one.
The entry for each town/village contains topographical information plus trade classification.

Unusually for these directories, the map is still in the book so it is complete. However the map is too large to be scanned on an A3 scanner so has been scanned, at 200 dpi, as six overlapping tiles. The need to scan the map whilst still attached to the book has led to blurring at the edges of some tiles but the number of tiles means that all parts are scanned sharply.

The original book appears to have suffered water damage at some time and is warped as a result. The warping is apparent on many of the scans but this in no way affects the legibilty of the contents.
